Mold remediator faces
lawsuit on chemical use
The plaintiff also alleges Clean Tech used chemicals that cause health problems
and did not warn school staff of possible injury from the chemicals the newspaper
reported. Callahan alleged she sustained neurological and other health problems
as a result of the mold cleanup. But the school's principal claims the suit
isn't justified.

Twenty-four California employees filed individual claims against their
agency's landlord Dec. 18, 2002, alleging that toxic mold on the work premises
caused them to suffer a variety of health problems.
