Mold remediator faces lawsuit on chemical use
The plaintiff also alleges Clean Tech used chemicals that cause health problems and did not warn school staff of possible injury from the chemicals the newspaper reported. Callahan alleged she sustained neurological and other health problems as a result of the mold cleanup. But the school's principal claims the suit isn't justified.
